2011/video installation/6 min. loop
A mood piece shot in Seattle in the fall of 2010.
A disembodied and seemingly innocuous conversation between a man and a woman acts as an exploration into the themes of ennui versus action, family versus individual, and how much your environment-both landscapes and people, both tangible and intangible-can affect the choices you make.
The first in a quartet of film essays about love entitled THE FOUR SEASONS, produced by longtime collaborators Frank Mosley and Lee Luna. Starring Mosley and Jenny Pendel.
Premiered as a looped installation for month long exhibition at the 500X Gallery in Dallas, February 2011. Official selection of the 2011 Dallas Videofest (short narrative category), Dallas' VISUAL SPEEDBUMP TOUR in Oak Cliff (May 2011), and The 2013 Free State Film Festival (KS).
