A chilling portrait of loss and redemption when men create their own gods.  This experimental film is the first installment of the Perception Trilogy, based on Plato’s quote, “We can easily forgive a child who is afraid of the dark; the real tragedy is when men are afraid of the light.”  The film explores issues of consumerism, religion, and truth in an era where technology has taken over.   Starring filmmaker Frederick Trevino in his film debut, Jessica Hixson, and narrated by Father Joe Schumacher.
